In Annex 1, point 36, the certificate parameters regarding regarding environmental protection standards comply with ISO 14001, which we can provide. Kindly confirm the certificate is enough, and if not, is there a different standard required that we are expected to offer?

We kindly request the entity to confirm whether an integrated 7” touchscreen is a mandatory requirement as it seems to limit the choice of equipment. Would a separate monitor, for example, be acceptable?

The requirement regarding the integrated touchscreen of min. 7 inches is a mandatory requirement that derives from work safety considerations, including ergonomics in not allowing their components to be located separately from the personalization equipment that would require additional costs for the physical connection, mounting support, because the positioning that the screen separated from the equipment would make it difficult to operate the personalization equipment.

The Contracting Authority has a personalization system developed and maintained by a third-party company contracted for this purpose. The supplier of the Specialized equipment for personalizing polycarbonate cards is requested to assist and coordinate the operational support to the system developer (third-party company) in the process of integrating the supplied equipment into the personalization system to ensure the receipt of personalization data, personalization and delivery of personalized data back into the personalization system.
