The document "ds_bunuri_servicii_omf_115_15_09_2021 update.docx" appears to refer to a different invitation to tender. In particular, the information in Annex 21, Annex 22 - columns 1 and 5, Annex 23 - columns 1, 2, 3, 4, 9 and 10 and Annex 24 contains information that we cannot understand.
It is not intended that the bidder will edit or change these areas. How should we deal with this?

We have found conflicting information for the performance bond (5%). In the document "anunt de participare crotalii.pdf" under point 18 it says that the performance bond can only be transferred to the specified account. However, in the document "ds_bunuri_servicii_omf_115_15_09_2021 update.docx" there are four options to be agreed in point 92.
Do we understand correctly that there is also the option of submitting a bank guarantee in accordance with point 92 4) as a performance bond in accordance with the template in Annex 10?
